Questions: Is the Run For Hope a competitive racing event? Are only strong, athletic men and women allowed to enter? What if I'm not in great shape but still would like to participate?
Answer: The Run is a jog-a-thon, where participants may choose to run if they like, jog, walk, or (when possible) be pushed in a wheelchair around the course. Children and the elderly are especially encouraged to participate. There is just one simple goal for the Run For Hope: to involve as many as possible in order to heal as many as possible. Do not let concerns about your physical ability stop you from taking part in this fantastic event.

Moreover, the Run for Hope is a fun event for the whole family. The atmosphere of the event is that of a festival, complete with a whole program of activities including musical entertainment, food, and raffles (varies by location). So for young, older, runners, walkers and spectators alike, Run For Hope is a fun place to be, and it's fun with a great purpose.
